The All progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Taraba state chapter has affirmation the former House of Representatives member for Wukari/Ibi federal constituency, Hon Danjuma Shiddi (Danji SS), as it governorship candidate for the 2027 election in the state.
Hon. Tanko Ibrahim Boka, the Returning officer who announced the affirmation in Jalingo, said the development follow due process, and in line with party constitution and guidelines.
Meanwhile, Hon. Shiddi while responding said, he will restore hope and build a future that will favours all citizens in the state if elected.
The governorship candidate assured that he will ensure the security of all communities to boost food production, and ensure that productive innovations through entrepreneurship is prioritize for youth and women development.
The former National Assembly member expressed that his move is to secure communities, revive the decaying infrastructure and uplift farmer’s wellbeing.
“My desire is to create an environment where all citizen can afford the basic necessities of life; My record is clear, and i believe that Tarabans will vote for base on my past record”. Danji expressedm
